TOTAL QUALITY CONTROL – GUARANTEED
There is only one way that a manufacturer can have total control over the products that they make and that is to produce those products themselves. It simply is not feasible to guarantee the consistent quality if you import from different countries and continents or have products made ‘under license’. This is why every single belt that we supply has been manufactured by us in our production facilities in Drachten, The Netherlands. We are always able to guarantee top quality is because we control every process ourselves from start to finish. It is Fenner Dunlop engineers and technicians who design and develop every belt we make. We also make the all-important rubber compounds ourselves, which is something that sets us apart from the vast majority of our other manufacturers. Nothing is left to chance so, without exception, every single batch of that rubber compound is thoroughly tested and approved by our rubber compound technicians before it is allowed to enter the belt production process.
Every Fenner Dunlop “Made in the Netherlands” conveyor belt is ozone & UV resistant, safe to handle (REACH compliant) and fully antistatic
- Ozone and UV resistant according to EN/ISO 1431 (50 pphm, strain 20%, 96 hours no cracking) in order to avoid premature failure due to cracking and degradation of the belt surface.
- Fully anti-static (ATEX directive 2014/34/EU) as per EN/ISO 284
- The Fenner Dunlop quality promise is supported by a 2-year guarantee (3 years in case of Dunlomat) against premature failure due to faulty materials and/or faulty workmanship
- Manufactured in compliance with REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemical substances) regulation EC 1907/2006
